Well the location is a closed down old body shop that is closed, so the pickup is done over phone, which is a little different but it went smoothly overall. The truck had a tire pressure warning on it and was a little beat up, but it’s a U-Haul not an airport car rental, so it definitely did it’s job.

RAINA BWindshield whipper blade was in bad condition and it rained on my journey causing it to be hard to see. Also, truck was returned 2 days early and I wasn’t able to get any money back. You should give a rebate to drivers who return days early since the company is always lacking UHals and want people to transport equipment for minimum compensation.
KWESI NI orginially had a pick up and drop off at a different location—only a few miles away. Two days before my pick up date, I received an email changing the pick up location. However, I was not equally notified that the drop off location was changed. Thus, I dropped off the truck at the original location, which was incorrect and caused a additional $300 fee. I will never is U-Haul again.
