Make sure that you provide the customer with earlier notice when their truck will not be available within 200 miles. We were informed of this the day before we had to move across the country, therefore leaving us stressed and trying to figure out a solution. We had to drive over 2 hours to acquire equipment that was not the original we had reserved.
