This location wasn’t the problem. The fact that I reserved a truck a month in advance to be picked up in Fargo, ND, 10 minutes from my house, and then was told less than 24 hours from the time I was going to pick it up, for a cross country move, that it was not available was a problem. Then I was told I had to drive over 2 1/2 hours to pick it up if I wanted one. Then to be told 20 minutes later that I was very lucky and I only had to drive an hour and a half to pick it up. They never offered any kind of a discount for the inconvenience, trouble finding someone to get me there and the stress it caused me before a 1,900 mile move. I would definitely not recommend U-Haul for a cross country move ever again!!

I had known the owner of this drop off location for many years. I had his cell phone number and he asked me to give him a call when we were in town so he would be at the shop when we brought the truck and trailer back. A great person to work with....always there for the customer.
