Customer service was excellent, however, I do believe U-haul needs software updates of some kind as it should not take 15 minutes to pick up a reserved truck. The system simply kept freezing, requiring re-entry of my personal data.
Ellen HI was a little disappointed to see that I got charged $12.60 for 2 gallons of gas when I purposely put more than what I got for gas in it when I got it it had a little over half a tank and I made it 2/3 of a tank plus I added $30 to it and I didn’t go very far plus you charged me another $12.60 I don’t understand not impressed. Maybe next time I don’t put any gas in it.
TERRY JFix trailer lights on the trailer and do paperwork with customers when they come in for help. I came in to see if they needed anything from me and help with the broken trailer light and they gave me a new pig tail that I installed and said “if this works or not I’m not coming back in” both staff members said “ok have a great day”. Then called me as I was already on the road and argued with me over the phone telling me i needed to do paperwork which was never mentioned when I came in and they both acknowledged that i was not coming back in if the pig tail fixed the problem or not which it did not fix the problem. Drivers side taillight was out and clearly had a shotty repair made to try to fix a previous issue.
