The unit worked fine when properly weighted. My problem is that I had to drive the unit over 15 miles to put any weight in it. The unit actually decoupled from my vehicle fairly early in the drive when it hit a medium size bump. I've since concluded that there was also an issue with the knob that supposedly tightens the unit to my hitch. I would strongly recommend a "thread" check on the knob and the bolt. I have a lot of experience with trailers for boats and well appreciate the importance of a proper attachments. After this experience, I believe the "adjustable" feature on your unit is dangerous. I checked and rechecked the connection, but still the unit decoupled. No one was hurt, and the folks whose route I blocked for a few minutes have probably forgiven me, but STILL..... This was the first time I had ever experienced a decoupling, and I hope it was the last. One more recommendation, provide some dummy weight for users as they leave the lot. Ask them how far they have to go and what the roads are like.

Great service
Bob cGreat experience fair price but you really need to add trailer jacks to the trailer. It is a back injury waiting to happen trying to mount that onto a truck. It deters me from renting as often because it doesn’t have a trailer Jack.
FRANK HPoor customer service at this location also truck had unwanted equipment loose in the back.
Cody BThe only issue I had was that the equipment was not at the location where I made my reservation. Driving to the alternate location to pick up added over an hour to our travel for the day. We were already driving 3.5 hours there and back. It would have been great to have an equipment mover to move the trailer to our reservation location.
