The tires were low on tread. I suppose it's my fault for not insisting on new tires. I had to call for road side service halfway through my trip because they were bald. Also I was not offered moving helpers. I only heard about them when I called to extend my contract. I am an old lady with a 2800 mile trip traveling solo. The trailer was clean.

Kendra B.The company obviously has no consideration for its employees, customers and third party locations. Customers are expected to follow their contract to a t until Uhaul decides to change it in the middle of a move.
