I will never use or recommend U-Haul again. I will let everyone I know about my experience with U-Haul, and will use social media to spread my story. I was sent 90 km out of my way to pick up a truck that was not available, 12 hours before our move. Customer Service kept putting me back in queue to talk to scheduling, and they never picked up. Ultimately, I had to call different locations to find a truck in that area, that was too small for my needs. Notifying customers 24 hours before a move is horrible service! I’d like a partial refund, however, I know calling in will result in time wasted. Do better U-Haul, for your unsuspecting future customers!!

Andrew CTruck was empty of gas. I put 10$ in and drove 19k total. I got a $30 surcharge for not returning it with at least 1/4 tank of gas? This makes no sense. Truck engine light was on the whole time. I was told to ignore it.
