The parking lot was full of glass and it's out of the way to get to. As far as the self-check in and check out, it was extremely frustrating and irritating. It took a good 1/2 hour for both to be complete. We had a problem at check in and when we called the 800 number, the wait to talk to someone was over an hour. I've aways used Uhaul for our needs, but will think twice the next time.
