This place is a field. no one there. Cell coverage is marginal making the worthless app even more worthless. Was unable to get the app to work due to cell coverage after many attempts and wasted time. fortunately someone called me to tell me the keys were in a different location than specified. I called him back and he said cell service was poor just take pictures and go. Note: I specifically got the 26’ vs the 20’ because it is supposed to have cruise control. Since my trip was almost 700 miles that was important. It had cruise it just didn’t work. Very disappointed.

Ted CIf your concerned about your reputation this is not a professional look at any angle was not left with a good feeling as there was no one around and the drop box was broke and wide open with keys at the picking of anyone and i say this as leaving #2 trucks there so if there missing along with appliance dolly and pads do not hold me liable , Thank you for the newer trucks and trailers they were flawless in there performance and fuel economy I got 7.8 MPG truck packed front to rear and trailer with SUV @ 65 mph couldn't be happier !
Scott BThe franchisee was very uncooperative and wouldn't answer his phone when I was at the location to pick up the truck. Earlier in the day when I called him to ask a question, he rudely told me he was on vacation and to call U-Haul. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes at his place trying to get the app to work and find the key. It was not in the location the app was showing. It was hot, mosquitoes were biting, and lots of problems finding the key and getting the app to work correctly. I had to enter all my information twice even after the app told me it had everything it needed. It kept "spinning" and eventually went away completely. After 2 or 3 phone calls to U-Haul, a nice lady stayed with me on the phone while we finally located the key. It was all a nightmare as I had another person with me who had taken me to the location. The truck I was given was not even the one I had reserved, nor were the supplies I ordered included. I was also changed to a different pick-up location from the one I had reserved several days earlier. This was done the day I was planning to pick up.
