The truck was not cleaned and still had previous users furniture mats in the truck.

Scott FParking lot was jumbled with trailers and vehicles and other junk. I dropped off after hours. Put my trailer neatly in front of another trailer as out of the way as I could. Definitely opportunity for improvement. However, when I called the shop the day before to touch base, the guy was friendly and helpful. Given it’s in a rural town and convenient, I would rent and drop off from them again.
