My eperience is not about this location. It was closed and the call center sent me there anyway. I was charged for insurance that I did not want (listen to the call log). And finally, I was told I MUST return the trailer to this location because it was owned by the PA location even though it had Arkansa place. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours out of my way back to this location because the call center told me I could not do a one way rental for a made up reason

The uhaul was covered is snow and we had to hook up the trailer to the truck in our own in the snow, however it all worked out fine and we very much appreciated Cathy's help in placing our order. She was wonderful!
Dawn PYes, the lady that helped set up the uhaul rental was most helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. The U-haul was very clean. And I was very, very Pleased with The customer service.
Lynda Cruck was dirty and cargo area had debris as well as items left in the area. Truck has less than 3/8 of a tank of fuel and paperwork indicated more than that. Truck suspension was terrible and clearly needed attention as in new Shock absorbers. Truck handles horrible and was out right dangerous in tight lanes where construction was happening.
