Site was not aware I had booked the rental. They didn’t get a text from U-Haul apparently. I had to wait about an hour for staff to get there to help. Looks like there is definite room for improvement with this site. People were nice, but this took way too long.

We rented a 6' x 12' enclosed trailer. It did not have a tongue jack on it. Trust me, there is no way the employee at the rental location could ever have lifted that tongue up so we could back our hitch under it. I did not have any way to weigh how heavy the tongue was, but I feel confident it was well over 100-lbs. If it wasn't over 100-pounds, then the fact that there was not a convent lift point, and the only available lift point that allowed for any leverage when lifting it did not have a smooth bottom (it had the bottom of bolts sticking out?), sure made it feel like it was way over 100-lbs.

Dale DGive them the 1 month free rental instead of just advertise it. We missed out on that.
David GMy eperience is not about this location. It was closed and the call center sent me there anyway. I was charged for insurance that I did not want (listen to the call log). And finally, I was told I MUST return the trailer to this location because it was owned by the PA location even though it had Arkansa place. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours out of my way back to this location because the call center told me I could not do a one way rental for a made up reason
