Howard LI returned the truck with the EXACT amount of gas I was given and they still charged me OVER $30 for what they are calling 6 gallons of gas!!! I called first thing in the morning for my final receipt & didn’t receive it until after hours…my honest belief is they used the truck for something and charged me for the gas!!! I am outraged by this and will post poor reviews for this location on every social media outlet I can find!!

JONATHAN AYour outlet in Jenners Pa has the most inconvenient business hours I have ever had to endure. Really 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM ? One would almost have to take the day off just to pick up the Blasted Trailer in order to fit within their time constraints. I'll drive many more miles before dealing with Jenners U-Haul again....
STEVEN PThe online check in experience was horrible. I was unable to complete it on my phone and unable to log into the app. If the owner had not happened to be standing there I don't know if I would have been able to pick up the truck.

Justin LWhere we were working in Johnstown there was a U-hual dealer ship with in walking distance. with a parking lot full of trucks. They asked us to travel 20 miles in the opposite direction,that was disappointing to have to travel so far it took time out of our work day. At the Jenners location the women there had to wait for us and but she was very helpful.and made it worth our time being so nice. Thank you Bill Siedle

JILL LDidn’t seem to know how to use the computer to enter info correctly. Tried to give me a smaller truck then what I reserved. I asked for furniture pads and they didn’t have any.
Joseph WThere was nothing to indicate that this was a Uhaul drop off center. It wa in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately I was able to ask a random person who pointed me to the parking lot to leave the truck (the only truck or Uhaul equipment on site) and a small drop box.
