I was actually suppose to get a U-Haul the previous week at a different location. And the customer did not bring it back so he canceled the reservation and set it up for this time frame. When we went back to pick it up the customer did not bring it back and he had to switch locations. However she had to call because he switched us to her location and someone had already reserved it and we felt horrible because we were put in the middle of something that should not have happened. But she made it happen The agent on lanes bridge road was so nice and helpful. I will not recommend the first location we tried to get it from. We were on a time crunch on our move and he wanted us to go to hinesville to get a U-Haul originally. Please double check some of the locations that want to do U-Haul rentals.

Yes, there’s many things you can do to improve the service. I have been a Uhaul customer for over 25 years. And to my surprise this last time when I rented a trailer, I was contacted by the company I rented it from to tell me that the trailer I had rented was reported stolen because I had not returned!!! Apparently Uhaul has changed their policy and you only rent a vehicle for 12 hours not 24 anymore. As a customer that is really unacceptable customer service not to be upfront and inform the customer. Looks like I may need to be looking for another rental company in the future. If you get a chance to please respond, thank you.

GIRISHKUMAR AMrs. Valerie was extremely helpful and nice. I personally just wish uhaul would make their prices more affordable. Adding mileage and other costs to A uhaul rental is not necessary. You could make A UhAul more affordable it’d be easier for most people to rent one. The Jesup location I went too was the best I’ve seen in A while. We’ll definitely go back. Mrs. Valerie was extremely knowledgeable.
