Business hours said they would be open. But was closed and no person present. Key was dropped in a lock box. No paperwork or time stamping systems. Just drop key in box only.

Carl BMy reservation was not kept at the original location. Had to drive 20 min away to another location. The 2nd location had no one on site who could help me. Had to talk to someone on the convenience store attendant’s speaker phone to complete registration. What’s the point of taking a reservation at a location if it’s not kept?
