The appliance dolly was missing.
LALENA HLocation was very dirty and rundown, agent was not there and had to call him to get it all setup.
Carl BMy reservation was not kept at the original location. Had to drive 20 min away to another location. The 2nd location had no one on site who could help me. Had to talk to someone on the convenience store attendant’s speaker phone to complete registration. What’s the point of taking a reservation at a location if it’s not kept?
Edward HThe location was a joke. Didn’t know what they were doing. Tire was low on air and indicator was on. Informed them before I left and was told to take care of it myself. Filled the tire but the indicator never turned off. The “boss” wasn’t at the location either time I was there so they were just having to call him or make notes on post it notes. I felt very uncomfortable with my transaction being handled in this way. I got the sense that no one that was actually there knew what they were doing.
