Customer service training for employees, representative was not even present for rental (waited 20 minutes for him to arrive). Rep was "incompetent" and furthermore promised discounts that weren't given. The truck was very dirty (mud) and only had 1/4 tank of gas, Our name and address were both Wrong on rental agreement. Bad experience! The sad thing is I need to rent another truck in a week or two and don't really want to go thru this again. :(

Wheel bearing on trailer. Seized up causing tire to blowout, caught fire. Got car off trailer ,no damage to car or tow vehicle. Trailer unusable. Snyder service was quick. But even with new wheel not useable. I had to leave the car along side road, and get another trailer, from U-Haul dealer, in Roanoak come back and load car on new trailer. 5 Hrs after tire blew, I was back on road. Not happy I had to get trailer,. H-Haul should have been able to deliver in timely manner. Put me a day behind. Also left 2nd Dealer with out trailer for customer that had reserved it. .

There seems to be a problem with the reservation system. We had called a week in advance for a reservation and confirmed it over the phone. When we went the day before the scheduled pick-up to check the hitch connection requirements the dealer could not find the reservation but made it again and assured us the trailer would be there the next day - and it was! - but the reservation had again gotten kicked out of the online system. We were not the only customers with this problem - so UHAUL had better update the reservation system!!

Trucks are parked in a muddy back lot. I observed a larger truck in direct contact with a smaller truck. Who's at fault for damage when trying to pick up either truck? The truck took several miles of driving to have any heat. Drivers door rattles from something lose inside. The rear door rollers are rusted and door is difficult to move. The truck has a severe vibration at highway speed. There was no room to park truck when returning. I have rented from two other locations in the past and have not had these types of issues. You need to take a better look at where and who you have your trucks with. When exiting this location you must pass between two buildings with limited visibility.

Have someone answer the phone and tell you the correct information Your website sucks when you know what you want and it keeps changing to something else When I want a car transport trailer don’t switch it out with a car dolly - In the end I had to drive an extra 2 1/2 hours out of my way to get to the correct equipment I wanted and the price was fair and the trailer preformed very well happy customer after a shaky start Rob Canedo

Now have one problem - I wamted a 10 foot Truck for $19.95 plus milage - DID NOT have one but said I could have the 15 ft Truck for $19.95 etc. - After returning I have been "automatically" billed $29.95 - Not as promised.

The clerk was easily distracted. The blankets were not in the truck when I left the property. I had to drive back to the store to pick them up. That was 20 minutes of wasted time not to mention I had to carry the blankets to the truck.

On day one the inner tire on the right rear blew out. This was probably due to low air pressure. When the service guy came out and replaced it, I had him check all of the tires and most were low. Also, the truck had two new tires on the left rear, and marginal tires on the right. Even after one new one, still had one fairly bad back there. Uhaul needs to replace tires better.
