Actually yes and no, I called yesterday the first time spoke with a very snotty woman that informed me that a quote could only be given by e-mail and while giving her my e-mail was hung up on, told my husband, said he got the same woman a few days before I called, so I called back and spoke with a very nice woman, Lynn, said, that a quote could be made over the phone and she did give me the info that I needed, very helpful, and then I called back and changed my rental to last night instead of Sunday, and that lady was great, but that first one was very rude, didn't want to answer questions and myself and husband were both hung up on, on two different days, I would rate it excellent and friendly if that first woman hadn't been involved, but her attitude made it difficult for us. we almost went to another rental a couple of blocks down but had used this store numerous times and always been happy I honestly don't know how to rate it, because of the first woman I want to say very poor, but the other 3 that helped us on phone and at the locaation was excellent.

Staff was very rude and impatient. If you rent from this location, and I suggest you don't, make sure you confirm the equipment number on the contract matches the actual equipment you are renting. Right tail light was out on the trailer we rented. Seems like that should have been realized as part of a standard safety check before renting out to the public.

Service was fine but every time the billing is all wrong. We were charge for insurance on a previous rental and never got that resolved because no one ever got back with us. This time we were charged twice and incorrectly! I will be disputing these transactions with American Express.

I did t get the appliance dolly I paid for, and then the employees didn’t credit the charge back to my account when they said they would. Disappointing. The truck itself was fine. Customer service was poor.

Rental truck bed had 1 to 3 inches of ice in it. Took longer to clean it out than to load and unload

I cannot make a suggestion because I have always been treated really Good and I am not disgruntled. So I find this non productive question. You should first aske me how I felt, than if I feell then ask for improve or not needed when there is no problem.
The staff was courteous and helped me with all of my needs. Great experience all around!

This morning when picking up an appliance dolly the U-haul staff member, who was great, told me that the 'system' was requiring more info up to and including leaving a military ID with him until I returned the dolly. Keep in mind that I was securing and paying for my rental with a credit card. This struck me as absurd and related my feeling to the staff member. We eventually found another way but know that I almost left Uhaul without making a purchase/rental because of what looks like a very flawed system.

I reserved a van on Monday. I get a call Tuesday informing me the original location will be closed, but the van would be at another location Wednesday-the requested date. I go to get the van and it was after 9am time requested but no van! Excuse was two vans did not come back into the lot. Third van was sent for oil change knowing they had a request pending. We had an appointment with a realtor 60 miles away in the next 43 minutes. And as I was about to say cancel the whole thing after an hour and 20 minute wait, we got a van. Now mind you, I hired two young men to work for me over an hour ago. So I have wages to pay and going nowhere. Not happy with the service or rather lack of service. I think I did well to control my anger at this point. We completed our haul, wages paid. Put in more gas than required and return the truck. I did notice the previous cracked windshield about wiper blade level. Guess they will have the window replaced next time. Unfortunate I did point a finger at the checkin person and sounded as though I was accusing him for my trouble, when it was not him per se but u-haul logistics that failed. I apologised to him. The checkout girl said she would adjust my billing. This guy followed through on that adjustment. So, don’t promise if you cannot deliver! The van was not there, not ready as requested. The hassle this morning no one should go through. It was an aggravating 80 minutes. But to end a sour story, the young man and I shook hands, and wished each other a Merry Christmas.

I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR A SECOND DAY WHEN I TURNED IT IN ON DEC 10, 2017 NOT DEC 11 2017. THEY WERE CLOSED WHEN I GOT THERE AND IT WAS ONLY A 24 HOUR RENTAL. THIS NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY MASTERCARD. THIS IS NOT GOOD, AND HAS NEVER HAPPENED WHEN I TURNED A TRUCK IN AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED IN THE PAST. JANIS LONG
