I didn't get my free lock
MaryEllen B | Online Move InThe card I had didn't work. I had to go the office to get someone to open the door so I can clean out my unit.
RAYMOND M | Overall ExperienceEveryone at Uhaul was above par in helping us during our moves and storage needs. We still have a storage unit there and they were able to assist us with a cart to move our things from one unit to our other unit, even brought it down to us. I will only use Uhaul in the future
DEBBIE D | Overall ExperienceThe store doesn't answer the phone all the time. When transferred to the main office there is nothing on the phone option for storage payments. So I had to keep calling the store back till they answered.
Dana W | First ImpressionsI want to give props to all the staff. They were nice and helpful. They came and unlocked the units when they all pad wasn't working. They were easy to talk to got stuff done and went on our way. It was beautiful. No complaints. I wish I remembered all their names. Sherry was there and she is amazing. Oh there was an older gentleman and I don't remember his name but he was awesome. Jackson was very nice. But again everybody there was awesome. Thank you U-Haul in Joplin. I will come back if I ever need you again.

Marlana T | First ImpressionsI thankfully rented the unit the day before I needed to move in. I arrived at the storage facility and my access code was denied. I had to call and get someone to let me inside the building. Then the storage unit had beams making it impossible to get my items into the unit I had rented. I had to go to the main office to have the room chaged which led me to get a larger unit. I am highly thankful that I was given a month free in the bigger unit as I didn't need that much space, I just couldn't fit my things up to the 1st $45 unit. Then I had to be let inside the building and shown the next unit. When we got there the 2nd unit was already occupied by another person with their lock. We had to drive back to the office to have the unit changed again. We arrived a last time and were let in and I was finally able to use the unit given on the 3rd try. My access code and key card still didn't work the next day and I had to call and have someone come open the door to put my belongings in my unit during the open office hours, not just the 5am-10pm stated while booking because my access code didn't work.

troy l | Overall ExperienceI had the storage unit for a while after I moved south. After a little while I went back to Joplin to pick up and close out my account. During this time the secure facility that I figured my stuff would be safe in I found out wasn’t at all. All of my tools and valuables were missing. Workout equipment, military awards, military uniforms, ect were all gone and a new lock placed on my storage unit. I reported it to the uhaul store and they refunded 2 months for my troubles…. So I lost thousands and received like 100$ because it wasn’t secure. I had issues with identity theft also reported in Neosho and I’m certain that this breach was due to the items lost in the storage u it due to it having a safe with all my old tax Info and military forms.

rc m | First Impressionsunable to enter storage building with digital code, no answer on intercom, had to drive down the street to notify staff of issue thus incurring additional mileage charge on the uhaul truck i was driving. once staff let me in the building i was told the digital codes often do not work and staff would have to let me in. once inside the building my storage unit had a hole in the door. once done in my unit i was unable to secure the building. notified staff and they just shrugged their shoulders
