My mattress’s got wet and there was red liquid on one of my night stands. They locked my unit because of the lock I had on it instead of contacting me to let me know ahead of time. When I spoke to the office they were quite rude about it. Also when I moved out I was told I was going to receive a call after they checked the unit but instead I received a late notice and had to call to get them to take my name off of the unit.
