At a repair shop that doesn’t look safe
QUNICE WStaff were delightful and so helpful. Uhaul changed my pickup location which was stressful since communication had occurred with original site. The staff at the new site made my day. It worked out perfectly!!
SHARON WThe first I dropped off the trailer they act like they did not know the trailer was supposed to be there so U-Haul has a bit of a communication problem. There was an employee. He kept calling me. She was very rude as far as the guy that took the trailer off he was very helpful but the young lady that continues to call my phone was very rude. I would not recommend that drop off to anybody.
SHAWANDA MLights for trailer did not work. I was told by the dealer i was good to go, all lights, brakes, signals were working. only to start driving in the dark to my destination with no working lights.
