This "dealer" was of no use. No product knowledge or customer service at all. I was moved to this location from my original one. In the past, the Uhaul traffic department would move equipment based on the reservation that they took and confirmed. In answer to my questions, all I got was "I don't know, or I can't do that, I am just a dealer." I had to finish and upload the rest of my info myself on the contract. All she did was push the button on the gate to let me get the equipment. It actually could have been total self serve for all she did. I asked for a dew extra miles because I live outside of San Angelo. Once again, "I can't do that." I worked for Uhaul in the 80's and have rented from them several times before. Uhaul was built on customer service and it just wasn't there anymore.

- Customer should be advised clear charges with time duration before issue vehicle - When I booked originally I was offer fixed price to drive vehicle to different location with unlimited mileage - Upon returning vehicle, additional charges enforce without taking prior consent from customer.

Rachel EI requested a furniture dolly and there was none the truck was empty in the back. Then what happened was when i returned the truck the location was closed on WEDNESDAY?! SO I HAD TO USE THE APP TO RETURN IT AND IT WOULD NOT LOAD. I SAT OUTSIDE FOR 50 MIN TRYING TO GET THE APP TO WORK SO I JUST LEFT IT THERE WITH A FULL TANK OF GASS WITHOUT THE PROPER DROP OFF ROUTINE. THEN TRY TO PULL THE INCORECT AMOUT OF MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD TWICE SO I LOCKED IT. THE AGREED AMOUT WAS 63$. IF YOU WANT IT U CAN EMAIL ME.
