I was called to move my pick location because the vehicle size was not available at the first location. It was never indicated to me that it was a self pick up so I was a little shocked when we got there and the place was closed. Luckily the Uhaul employee that I called was very helpful in walking us through the pick up process.

I ordered a furniture dolly and paid for it. It was not there and the location was closed on the day I picked up truck. It was a REAL INCONVENIENCE not having the dolly. I needed it and had to make do without.
