The truck was reserved for 9 am. Instructions were for a 9 am pick up . But the store wasn’t open until 10am causing me to wait an hour and when it the location finally opened I was told the rental had to be returned by 2pm causing me to have limit what I was moving sue to time constraints. I reserve for 5 hours and cooky only use the rental for 4hours
Chris BNo moving blankets were available at pickup (despite having ordered them weeks ago). The pick up location was changed at the last minute and was far less convenient.
