it was hard to be sure of the exact location because I couldn't see a sign indicating "Masons Auto Specialties." Fortunately there were other u-haul equipment parked there so I could infer where to park. it's a good thing the key drop box is bright orange too! There were no personnel and no location to be inviting (they were closed on sunday) - you really need to add an n/a option to the yes/no questions.

I paid for a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck at pickup but was charged for it reported the oversight to U-Haul
Lillian FThe only issue I had was with the app I took the required photos and they wouldn’t load up then the screen glitched and I was allowed to move forward, but I never got a confirmation that the photos were received. Otherwise, the process was smooth.

michael bThe van I picked up had a flat tire. It wasted my miles and time to find a gas station to inflate the tire to see if that addresses the issue. I contacted customer service a couple of times, asking for reimbursement, I heard back nothing yet!
