U-Haul is absolutely terrible at keeping track of their inventory. This is not the first tine I booked online, CALLED TO VERIFY, and yet later on I was requested to go to a different location. This is unacceptable and neglectful to the customer. U-Haul proves not to care about the time or travel wastes of their clients. Not to mention being charged for 4 DAYS when I only used it for 48hrs.

Send them to a different location. Appalling experience. Had we had another option we would have left. The owner is a rude unprofessional brute. We were being waited on by an employee who was pleasant but when I asked a question about the mileage allotment and why the tank wasn't full. He didn't seem to understand my questions so I was trying to explain when the owner came out of nowhere, pushed his employee aside and got very loud and angry at me and started talking down to me, punching the paper and told me when I needed gas to stop and get it saying ," Is that simple enough for you to understand?" - for asking why the truck didn't have a full tank and whether the truck had enough gas to get us to our destination, then he dumped the blankets on the floor and told us to get them ourselves. His employee did get them for us. Never had such a horrible experience with U-Haul before. To know U-Haul sent me there instead of moving the truck to my requested location, a location I had used before and had a positive experience with, was the icing on the cake.

I returned the equipment the same day and refueled, which was 10.00. A week later they are trying to charge me a fueling fee and my receipt is saying I returned the equipment the next day! They never answer their phone, and when the location I picked up the equipment from, Farm Pond, they couldn't get ahold to them either. This is very unprofessional!

Mason needs better parking. The auto trailer was down a hill. With the 26ft box truck backed down the trailer was still on the ground when the jack was raised.

They need to fix their printer so you can get a copy of the contract. It would also be nice for them to review the terms of the contract, such as cleaning the truck, etc. They also need to clean their trucks better. While I thought it was clean enough, the dealer on the other end tried to charge me for cleaning, even though it was just as I picked it up.
