Location was fine, I was missing my hand truck i paid for, I then tried to add a trailer to my reservation and went back and couldn't pick up the trailer because u haul has to hook it up? I've rented trailers from uhaul god awful amounts of times, never have I had someone come out and put the trailer on or off my vehicle or one i was renting.....never....including this time when I then had to drive to another location to get the trailer from a place that was open. Furthermore.....how do you think people load or unload the truck with a trailer attached? Your policy contradicts itself.... and yes....i would like to speak to someone about this considering it cost me a extra 3 hours of my time by time the trailer situation was figured out, gas and mileage.
Mark NThey really helped when another location left us in a bad spot. They were able to get us on our way in the correct sized vehicle.

Shawn KWe dropped off a trailer early, the night before it was due, and we were charged $20 for turning it in "after hours"! It was also a bit confusing exactly where we were supposed to park it, but I think we got it right. There was nothing explained to us at pick-up about needing to return packing blankets folded, and we were charged $24 cleaning fee for unfolded blankets! Unexpected charges- no bueno dudes!
