I want to give a shout out to an employee at this location: I wish I could remember her name, but it’s my second time using this location and she has helped me both times. Very friendly, helpful, funny, and made my moving day a little brighter. If she’s not management, she should be. (White, light short hair, tattoos on arms, a little heavier than “average”...LOVE her!!



I got a call this morning to ask when I would return my rented truck along with a $100 extension fee put on my card without asking. I returned my truck 3 days ago by using the overnight box after the website to drop off failed to work. I tried calling and had to talk to a customer service rep instead of the actual location. They just told they'd leave a note with the manager. I used my lunch break to go to the location since I hadn't received a call back after a few hours. The person that helped me at the location was great by the way and was in no way involved in the mishaps here. It turns out I was given the wrong truck when I went to pick up my rental. The only reason things got straightened out is because I took a video of me returning the truck with time and mileage after your website failed to work. Overall, this was a really bad experience and will make me question using uhaul in the future(especially this location specifically). I have very busy work days. So having to go to the rental location in person to fix your mistakes was a huge inconvenience. Not to mention an extra stressful task after the already stressful experience of moving.

The represenative who helped me Sunday needs to work on his customer communication skills and his company knowledge. It upset me that he offered the customer ahead of me the credit card or cash deposit option. But 5 minutes later told me i had to use my credit card. Truck interior was fairly damaged. Doors were difficult to close and gas tank was left at only 1/4 tank. Customer service was great, just not condition of equipment.

Only issue was the floor of the truck was covered by a thin sheet of ice making it VERY slick. But probably not much you can do about it in this cold weather. Maybe just a heads up. Would definitely rent from here again.
