I reserved a uhual at this location and when I showed up they didn't have half of the items I had reserved and all they said is we don't control inventory. This location has a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend anyone to use this place or uhaul.

The agent was friendly, accommodating in trying circumstances and helped us out. She deserves a raise. The truck condition was NOT her fault. You guys need to hire a security guard if you're running a location at this location. Seriously. I run a puppet company and know better .

There was just one person at the counter and there were like 3 people in line before me. I had to wait around 45 minutes to pick my van up. I wish there were more staff employed. Also I dont understand why we are charged for mileage when we are supposed to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. It is like charging customers double the cost. Apart from that everything was good.

Location was not well marked from the road.

It was difficult to find the location based on GPS direction, perhaps have some better signage or put directions to the location somewhere on the site.

All good. Dropping off a trailer is not enough contact for me to rate any location.

I am super happy esp. with Michael he helped me out beyond the call duty. You have a excellent employee working for your store, he is in my opinion should be in line for a raise. No joke I am impressed with this young mans customer service and dedication to the customer. The 3100 Main store in Kansas City is tops ! Jim Wood

The rep was very polite and great at multitasking and taking care of all customers needs. She was a woman with blonde hair.

I worked with Nicole, who was absolutely wonderful. Talked me through the process of the vehicle, tips for driving, the kind of lock that would work the best, etc. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone else who is moving in the great Kansas City area. Chad

the automated phone menus are too lengthy and cause delays when timing is critical to reach a live person.

Charged me for boxes I already paid for, slow service, and charged me for dollys and furniture pads I never received.

I had the worst experience of my life dealing with a company. It starts with uhaul customer care giving me false/incomplete information that made my journey unbearable. To start with, I got hitch installation done at one of the uhaul location in kansas city, then i rented 5/8 trailer for my nissan altima 2011 to travel from kansas city to seattle. Before loading i called customer care to figure out how much weight i can load. A lady at customer care told me i can load around 1600 lbs without any mention of including trailer weight. About halfway through my journey , my car started having transmission issues so i took exit and went to uhaul location in Livingston, Montana. From there i tried to get help and got transferred from one customer care person to another for 2 hours. Finally i was told that i have overloaded (obviously because of false information i was given from customer care, i loaded around 1200 lbs excluding weight of trailer which was too much for my altima). I was also told that i have to bear each and every expense from renting a uhaul truck and towing dolly to tow my car from montana to seattle. I even had to take a taxi to reach another nearby city to get a truck as there was no truck available in livingston, montana. I was not helped in anyway, most of the customer care people were not ready to bear any responsibility for false/incomplete information i was given from uhaul before starting my journey. The existing rental expense was not even transferred to cover my new uhaul contract to rent truck. I was not even given transportation to reach another city to rent truck as my car broke down because of overweight. Either most of the people i talked had no authority or they were not willing to help me. With no doubt, this was my worst experience right from the start.

The rep at check in and check out were great. The reservation, the trailer I needed wasn't available, rude customer service rep at the regional dispatch office and paperwork prepared incorrectly...unacceptable. Disaster from top to bottom. If there was another to rent a trailer from I wouldn't use uhaul.

There was grass in the bed of the truck.

I was billed $150.95 for moving services that were not delivered. Repeat calls to customer service and the movinghelp web site have been futile. Very frustrated.

The woman assisting me was lovely! Friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use this location again. Thank you!

Had a reservation for Sunday morning pickup. Only one person working. I was fourth in line. It took almost 20 minutes to get my vehicle. Luckily I had an early checkout time, the line was almost 10 people long when I left. Worker was very good, but he needed help. Only UHaul in the area open on Sunday, plus it was the end of the month. Management should have known to have more staff on hand. That is my only complaint (and it is a BIG one). Everything else was very good.

The young man who assisted me in connecting the trailer and lights was fast (he actually RAN back into the office to retrieve an adaptor that we would need, and processed payment for it in just a few moments), and very helpful. His efforts really stood out, and I would like to commend him personally.
