First and most importantly, the man working at this location was pleasant, professional and patient, as my husband and I navigated the issues your Metcalf location and corporate customer service office put us through. The only true feed back about this spot is the safety and condition of the building. Very unsafe area. Having said that. U-Haul unexpectedly cancelled our reservation 30 minutes before pick up time with no explanation. Still haven’t learned why. They redirected us from Metcalf to this location due to the size of the vehicle we needed, sending us 30 minutes out of our way. When I called and spoke to customer service the woman I spoke with was matter of fact and unconcerned about the issues, stating that is “just the way it is sometimes.” If I can find alternative mover, I will. And I will be sure to advise friends and family to do the same.

LISA FThe person was not there to give me my keys. When they finally showed up he refused to give me my keys even though I was successfully checked in on the app. I called the help line 3 times. All three woman on the phone were very helpfully. I think the last one called the man and told him he was required to give me the keys I paid for. After 30 minutes I received the keys. The uhaul was the worst truck I’ve been in. The door panel was falling off on the driver side so the door would barely shut. The back of the truck was not cleaned out. The whole experience was very horrible. I have rented from uhaul many times and never have I experienced something like this. This uhaul “dealer” needs to be shut down. It is so extremely unprofessional. This location is giving your business a bad name. Thank you to the wonderful woman on the support line who got shit done and helped me. They are your stars. You all should vet the businesses that you associate with. The red bridge market. In Kansas City Missouri has absolutely no business selling anything legal. Thanks for asking.
