Their customer service was absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. They shouldn’t be a U-Haul facilitator. I would never use them ever again.

LISA FThe person was not there to give me my keys. When they finally showed up he refused to give me my keys even though I was successfully checked in on the app. I called the help line 3 times. All three woman on the phone were very helpfully. I think the last one called the man and told him he was required to give me the keys I paid for. After 30 minutes I received the keys. The uhaul was the worst truck I’ve been in. The door panel was falling off on the driver side so the door would barely shut. The back of the truck was not cleaned out. The whole experience was very horrible. I have rented from uhaul many times and never have I experienced something like this. This uhaul “dealer” needs to be shut down. It is so extremely unprofessional. This location is giving your business a bad name. Thank you to the wonderful woman on the support line who got shit done and helped me. They are your stars. You all should vet the businesses that you associate with. The red bridge market. In Kansas City Missouri has absolutely no business selling anything legal. Thanks for asking.
Dannielle WMy U-Haul was dirty, and did not run well. The check in was also not alone as I requested and the guy at the counter made it seem like I was being difficult for just asking questions to understand. I will most definitely not be using this location for uhual again.
