It’s a gas station with one clerk behind a counter behind glass. He did run out to help me after I had been out there over 20 minutes trying to figure out how I was backing a 26 foot truck (that I picked up at my favored location) up to a tiny tow dolly that I couldn’t see once I was in front of it on my own. He couldn’t stay to help and he couldn’t lift the tow dolly to help attach it. A stranger had to help me. I reserved over a month in advance and really feel like until could’ve arranged to have the tow dolly at my pick up location- which it says to reserve early so your equipment will be available, but instead they call the day before and tell me I’m going to drive 12 miles (30 minutes in KC) to pick it up in an area that didn’t feel safe for a woman alone at a location with no assistance.

I was told I would receive a $25. Refund if I brought the truck back swept and clean. I did not get the $25. Was charged a $10. Drop off fee that wasn't told to me.
