The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and expedient! I selected the equipment as not being clean because although it was well maintained (I would note that TOW was still engaged) I'm just a weird clean freak so I'm not sure what qualifies as unclean. There were some crumbs and what seemed to be a bit of soda residue on the floor between seats but it wasn't disgusting, just looked as though maybe the person who used it last had a long haul and ate a meal on the road and simply overlooked a few things but it would only let me post one picture. Alright, I sound insane, anyway- thanks for everything, uhaul!

Customer service overall was good but the lady who wrote rental agreement I have worked with before and she is not someone who should be working with customers. She act as if she is being bothered and just uncomfortable to talk to. Rest of the staff is great. Thanks

I use u-haul everytime I move, and I really like their service. During this experience, the gentleman who helped me check in had a mask on, but the lady bringing the vehicle did not. She was walking around and seemed to be in a leadership or assiciate position. The vehicle did not have a particularly bad odor or trash, just covid 19 sensitivity was not present. I wish they could sanitize vehicles as they loan them to their customers. Otherwise, it has been a very nice and very efficient experience reserving, picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I was also able to park my vehicle there for the duration of the rent.

I really think your contract scheme vs. the daily rental rate needs to be explained to customers first thing. I called and asked what it would cost per day for the 15' box truck. I was told it was $29.95 plus $0.89 per mile. During the online reservation, nothing warned me that when I stated how long I would use the truck I was committing to a contract period. I've been renting from U-Haul for more than 50 years and have never seen this contract period scheme. I would suggest that anyone who puts anything other than 24 hr increments in the pickup and return fields, get a huge red flag disclosure explaining the contract period. I was very upset - even pissed off until Christine called this morning and said she would adjust the invoice. It is not good customer service to piss off customers by misinforming or poorly setting expectations. All is well because she took care of the charges, but you need to explain this policy to people - that if they are later than that stated time they will get charged another day. Additionally, I spent over an hour trying to use 24/7 return. I had to call support and it took them 30-40 minutes to get the website to accept my return. I suspect it's a relatively new and evolving system so I give it a pass. That frustration didn't help to prepare me for the final bill I received. Overall U-Haul has always been a good value that I have used many times. I'm a bit burnt by this experience but my memory is short. I understand that everything evolves and I imagine you will adust things to continue to improve your customer service. In the future, I will always state a 24 hour contract period. In the end, this was just a hiccup. dolankj

The is nothing more I can ask for. The associates were very friendly and promptly attended to their duties. I definitely will be using them again in the future. I wish I knew their names because I would most certainly suggest a raise for them. Hands down!!!

When I arrived to rent the vehicle, everything was a joke...none of the employees acted professionally. I rented a van for one day to turn back at about 630 pm, due to major traffic issues i was in constant communication with the employees at this location. Letting them know I was in route and just about there. I arrived back to check in the vehicle at 6:57. I have already contacted the customer service and they said the employees was telling them the same untruths the were trying to y tell me. That she locked up at 7. No one would answer my continued knocking..all the while we where trying to use the online drop off to no prevail, it was saying our link was back or something... Then an employee finally comes out at 7:06 and was about the most rude person i have the pleasure to deal with...no help. All I could get from him was read the pamphlet..well I have and can't use the online check in. So he tells me rudely... Just drop the keys in the box.. so I did. Now they are not only charging me for milage that was not on the vehicle at the time of my separation from it but a after hours check in.

This store is very accommodating, needed a truck last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances, they really helped me when I was in a pinch! The team went the extra mile, and it was greatly appreciated.

Do not put the dolly in the truck to trick people into using it and charging them for it only put it in there if they rent it as it takes up space and I rented blankets and then was told to fold them what am I paying for to rent them I did fold them but it seems you want to charge for everything and have customers do all the work when I'm paying to rent other than that experience was good check in and out online was super easy staff was ok not overly friendly but not that rude but not that helpful
Only one person working so had to wait 40 minutes. It also really sucks that you moved my reservation and I had to pay the extra miles for it. Bad business practice imo.
