ERIC C | Overall ExperienceOne of my united has roaches in it and the other has a live gecko in it in was issues a refund for one unit but not the other on Kristina was by far the worst manager I have ever encountered! Dismissive arrogant and just rude. Betty unprofessional having her son with their that disrespects the customers she and I did not have a good interaction so her son decided to curse me out I reported it to another team member and then they told me the young man that cursed me it was her son.. why isn’t that against company policies her being a store manager and her sons boss. This needs to be escalated to the highest degree.
