Faster internet would help for about 60 seconds in the overall experience. Although, yes, it WAS a Saturday morning at 10am and I have the same problem myself at that time at home! It would be good if the pictures we take for the UHaul Link to verify the take-out condition were also emailed to us. These pictures are not stored on our phones during this process and therefore, if brought into question, we would have no proof otherwise of the initial condition of the vehicle. Other than this.
