(1) The store guy said gas was 1/4 tank. I have photos to show the gas was slightly above 1/8 tank. (2) The truck had trash in the driver cabin and in the trailer. I also have photo to show. (3) Uhaul website was poorly designed and refused to accept photos already taken. (4) when returning truck after hour, Uhaul website insisted charging me for fuel while I stated the fact that (a) the truck didn't have the fuel amount said by the store guy; (b) my return fuel amount is the same as my pickup amount; (c) the agreed drop off location is much further away from the pickup location; (d) Uhaul agreed to credit 37 miles for the further drop off.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOne of the few U-Haul location which are not dark after hours for mobile pick up. There was enough light to take photos properly. I had problems at other locations where it was very dark and mobile check in would keep on rejecting photos. However, the truck i received had mud on windshield and front portion which should have been cleaned. Its not a big deal as its just truck and i used gas station cleaner to clean windshield. i would have given 5 start if not for mud on truck. Overall ok.

James RI was called and offered a better rate if I used a different store. It turned out to be a mattress store and a big mistake to use this location. The guy there was friendly but the system did not work. He had to make a bunch of phone calls and it took almost an hour to check out. There was some trash in the truck cab. Never again.
