MICHAEL MThe Ford cabs on the 20ft UHAUL are not ergonomically friendly for a long haul drive - poor leg room and seating position - incredibly loud when climbing hills and the transmission downshifts - great engine and powertrain, drove and handled well for its size, but excruciating to drive more than an a few hours. this has nothing to do with the location, the service at the location was excellent!
