I thought the process of checking in without any live person was long. Perhaps I missed it, but I would suggest allowing a lot of the info needed for the rental be put in the system prior to the time of the rental.
STUART SFirst time to rent and was easy, I sure some will have problems with doing it with the app. I found it easy to understand and no errors popped up.
Kar HExplain how to add lock to trailer's hitch grip if possible. Just for added protection on the road.
ANGEL GOnsite contact was short and to the point, was instructed to just hand in keys. I would have welcomed feedback confirming that there was no surprises then and not later.
