Everything is always great
Emilio FFirst we were unsure of exactly where to go in Ridley's to pick up the rental truck, second the manager on duty didn't know how to rent us the truck and had to have an off the clock manager come to the store to help us. They were very kind and we were patient, but I think there needs to be thorough training on renting Uhauls to people. We were put an hour behind schedule due to our wait.
ALESHA MThe mileage was not documented accurately. I did not double check it and trusted the rep. When I arrived directly to salt lake on the same day that I rented, I was charged an extra $150 for going over the mileage. I did not go over the mileage; it was a clerical error by this location. It was very upsetting and ridiculous.
