They are great, and I don't want to cause anyone problems, but they need to be very careful looking at the fuel when logging a truck in, because they marked truck at half a tank, when it was above 5/8 full and I was charged $36 for fuel, when I had returned the truck with easily $20 more in fuel than when I picked it up. So to have gotten an additional charge was pretty bad, and if I had not taken pictures and been very careful with documentations, I would have gotten ripped off badly because someone wasn't careful reading the gauge. Luckily U-Haul customer service looked at my photo's and time stamps and I got the fuel charge refunded.

The guys helping me were great
Paul DJohn and Dave were very helpful. We appreciate that they both offered to hitch and unhitch the trailer for us. We were able to do pick up and drop off quickly.

Emilio FFirst we were unsure of exactly where to go in Ridley's to pick up the rental truck, second the manager on duty didn't know how to rent us the truck and had to have an off the clock manager come to the store to help us. They were very kind and we were patient, but I think there needs to be thorough training on renting Uhauls to people. We were put an hour behind schedule due to our wait.
