I hooked up the trailer with no assistance from the employee at the store. When I went to hook up the lights, I needed an adapter that the store didn’t have in stock. The employee recommended I drive to the closest UHaul center, “They will have the adapter”. The store didn’t not have the blankets I requested, but charged me for anyway. This was a terrible experience!
David CThe location and the guy there was fantastic. The truck broke down, the shift linkage disconnected at my condo right up the street. The guy here helped us with spamming Uhaul to get a replacement truck. Uhaul on the other hand was giving me the run around and being completely unhelpful. I have a 4m round trip job to do that should have taken 20min. Uhaul screwing me around for an hour and some change after the truck broke down,.caused my 20min trip to take over 2h. The customer service was trash with the roadside dispatch, no accomodations whatsoever until I spammed them to give me a replacement truck. It should have been an immediate response and am very disappointed it wasn't
