The truck was there, but the interaction I had with the man in the gas station was not great. He was impatient and seemed disorganized, which made the process not very smooth. The gear shift in the truck was sticky and hard to move but once I understood it's limitations I could do it with finesse, but seemed like something that should be checked on. The back portion also leaked on the drive so some of my boxes got wet that I was putting into storage.

It was quick and easy. Parking is plentiful. The windshield was frozen over and internet was slow to do the rental from the computer in the store. Additionally I declined insurance but was still charged for it and had to call to get it resolved.
JASON BU-Haul reached out the evening before my move to let me know they did not have a truck for me. Rerouted me to a different location that was way off of my path. Once I arrived to pick up the truck the gentleman at the counter had no credit card on file (I’d already provided), no information on the dolly and furniture pads I rented, no information on the additional driver and my start was delayed almost 30minutes. Truck was pretty gross in the cab as well, dirty floors and sticky cup holders. Really unfortunate experience
JAMES LInside was a mess, the driver door didn’t close very well. Looks like that box truck was sold the transmission was so bad didn’t change very well. The steering wheel was going all over the place, was kind of scary to drive that truck. I hope U-Haul will see this review and fix the truck. Hopefully next time I will have better experience with the vehicle.
Ion MThe truck was extremely old and had a faulty suspension, making it extremely hazardous to drive in rainy weather. Moreover, they charged me for the gas. After driving 22 miles, I had topped over 2 gallons of gas. I had checked the gas meter, and it was exactly the same as when I had picked it up. Despite this, they still charged me an additional amount for the gas. Won’t recommend
