The location I rented from over charged me for gas. I drove 17 miles and was charged $51 for gas. The truck averages 12 MPH so they attempted to steal from me. When I objected I was told to call corporate. I did and they referred back to the location manager who told me because I did not challenge while I was still at the store that he could do nothing for me. I asked him how that was possible when the clerk told me one price and he would email me the receipt and I was free to go. As soon as I received the receipt on email I returned and challenged the cost. This place is a disaster.

The employees didn’t work to make the U-Haul experience enjoyable. During check-out, the employee brought out an unfolded pile of blankets (I rented a half dozen blankets). My fault was not counting the blankets at the scene. As the day went on I noticed I only had 5 blankets. When returning the truck, I had folded and returned the blankets given to me. The employee (a different person than at check-out) just took the blankets and asked for the key. He only told me someone would get ahold of me. I didn’t get an email from U-Haul with a receipt until about 12 hours later. I was charged $8.00 for a missing blanket that I was never given (I guess my own fault for not sorting out the crumpled mess of blankets given to me and counting them in the store. Lesson learned).
RANDY OWe were overcharged and the attendant wouldn’t hear anything about it, basically y’all stole from us and we want the issue resolved immediately.
Joshua TI reserved on line, went through all pre check in, got to spot on time and it took the employee 30 minutes to get us our truck due to "system slowness". Also irritated that my on line check in i said no to the $15 damage fee. He never asked me and put it on my end invoice anyway. Absolutely no to recommending this place.
