great customer service from the pick up location! I do want to say that the u-haul experience in general was not great. I did make the original reservation on line and then spoke to 2-3 people over a months time to confirm the pick up and drop off locations and the cost. There were NO ISSUES at that time. . My reservation was a ONE WAY and was to be picked up in Kenmore, WA and dropped off in Moscow, ID. When we got to Kenmore they told us that it was a round trip and that if we dropped row u- haul off in Moscow, ID the price was going to double. We did work it all out; after an hour phone conversation. However the inconvenience of all of this made our move day all the more stressful.

Couldn’t communicate with the person working there. I speak English. Computer wasn’t working. Had to call U-Haul and set up pickup on my app.
daniel BThe agents on hand didn’t know how to check out the van. I was able to do it online but the mileage was wrong. I was charged for driving over 100 miles and I drove from the pickup location to West Seattle and back.
