The guy was rude and unprofessional. The uhaul was also extremely dirty. He also didnt give me a dolly. I had already paid to rent one. Luckily I noticed before I left. He was pissed off he had to go grab it. He also told me I didnt pay for it and I had to show him the receipt. He was even more pissed off he was wrong.

I know you have a problem with filling up the gas tank on the size of truck I rented because I ran into other users with same truck had the same problem. When trying to fill up tank, it would fill up a third of a gallon and shut of like it was full. So, in order to fill it up you stand there for twenty minutes constantly squeezing the nozzle up and down to fill tank. Mean while people are behind you waiting there turn. A company your size should not be putting out a faulty product.

matt sgreat customer service from the pick up location! I do want to say that the u-haul experience in general was not great. I did make the original reservation on line and then spoke to 2-3 people over a months time to confirm the pick up and drop off locations and the cost. There were NO ISSUES at that time. . My reservation was a ONE WAY and was to be picked up in Kenmore, WA and dropped off in Moscow, ID. When we got to Kenmore they told us that it was a round trip and that if we dropped row u- haul off in Moscow, ID the price was going to double. We did work it all out; after an hour phone conversation. However the inconvenience of all of this made our move day all the more stressful.
