I brought the truck back with the right amount of gas (took pictures of the gas hand and mileage to prove it) and was charged $17 for fuel. I called customer service to dispute and sent over the pictures as proof. I was offered a refund BUT that never should’ve happened. If I had forgotten to take pictures, I would have been cheated out of my money.

When we got to your location it turned into a good thing. We originally had signed up for a 9 am appointment, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! My son Mike Arnold suggested we try Your location, he had good feelings about, I am truly glad! We lost about 2 hours (check your records, I was so mad I may have exaggerated the time). After a phone call to your location and confirming you had what we needed, we left the other location. Bee treated us very well, is a very professional asset to your team! A complete billing nightmare! Local rental of a 17' truck for the day. Returned the truck before the promised time at 5 PM. Received a call at 8:30 PM stating I had not returned the equipment. Had prepaid $136 based on estimated mileage and was expecting a credit. The next morning, was hit with another $50 charge. Went to the location, found the young man who had checked me in the day before. He did the RIGHT THING and credited me the entire amount of BOTH charges. Thought everything was good. The next day, was hit with another $300+ in charges!!!! Went to the location AGAIN, this time, dealt with the GM who blamed it on the previous young man for not closing out the contract. He credited me the $300+ and then proceeded to charge me AGAIN for the full rental, and the WRONG MILEAGE. Argued with him about "what's the right thing to do" and he finally agreed to a reduced fee, which hit my account. OVER $500 OF MY MONEY WAS HELD HOSTAGE (for a $100 rental) FOR 2 MORE DAYS BEFORE THE CREDITS PROCESSED. I will certainly never use these people again.

I rented a 17' truck to carry a new 16' garage door panel set from 27 miles across Atlanta. To my disappointment, when I arrived to pickup my new garage door nearing $1000, I discovered that the truck was indeed not 17'...but only nearly 15'. The truck is only 17' at the roof line, and that is BS. I was forced by time, convenience and cost, to carry my new garage door in the truck with the doors open the entire way back on I-285 and I-75 with it hanging 2 feet out of the rear of the truck. You need to change your length classifications to be more accurate...nobody cares how long the roof line is when we are carrying something that needs to fit within the length of the floor.

I was given a truck that had almost no gas in it. I mean it was less than half a tank. I requested a truck with more had in it or for the truck to be filled before I left the facility. My request was denied for two reasons. One of those reasons was because they were too busy to do it and the other reason was that it wasn't customary for them to do that anyway. Even though the reservationist took down my email address I never received an email with my confirmation in it. I checked my inbox, spam, and junk mail folder and it never came. I asked for a truck that had traditional truck ramps meaning two. I received a truck that only had one ramp. I was charged a lot more when I returned my vehicle than originally quoted due to gas fees and a clean up surcharge of $30 for having to put gas in the vehicle after I used it and had go fill it once myself before I could drive. Again it was given to me almost empty. Because it was so much more than I was quoted originally my card was flagged because they though UHAUL was a fraudulent charge and now it has a 10 day hold on it. This was an overall awful experience. The next time I am moving I will hire a professional moving company because this was too aggravating of experience. I recievef overall poor customer service on top of that is wad not worth my time, money, and effort to rent from UHAUL.
