The appliance dolly was covered in thick Georgia clay. The clay then got all over my car and my house. The clay also made the dolly difficult to use when going up stairs.

When I attempted to reserve the van online, the system froze at estimated miles. So, I called to confirm the reservation, the agent had issues with the system as well and it too quite a while to end the call. The day of the move, totaling 7 miles; the system attempted to charge us nearly $100 for the 45 minute use. It took nearly 10 minutes for the supervisor to resolve the issue. The two other agents attempted to resolve the issue quickly but were told not resulting in a difference of $2 additional charge to what they offered within minutes of determining the error. The two men should be commended but the situation was not customer oriented from those above.

The trailer number which was on the paperwork and the trailer that was rented to me were different which caused an issue when I turned it in overnight. I received a phone two days after I returned it asking when I was going to return the trailer and it was turned in the night of. It would be helpful for the rental agent to make sure these numbers match.

Because the price was adjusted, yet when the equipment was needed for more days they charged the non-adjusted price. The wrong moving supplies were given, and nobody at the customer service number is willing to understand the situation.

The truck needed an alignment, it pulled to the right.....also, a previous customer smoked in the vehicle. I realize you can't immediately control that....but after 3 days of driving and 1051 miles, I acquired a headache.

Slowest customer service. Didn’t receive a credit for the blankets we didn’t get for all three days. Had to go back in to get the other two days credited. Took over 40 minutes total to return a trailer.

Excessive wait time. Inadequately staffed almost missed my pickup window due to delay in obtaining the truck. Employee didn't return my drivers license which could have been an expensive oversight for me if stopped by law enforcement. Lastly same employee provided incorrect information on returning the vehicle. Was told to leave the keys in the truck and the doors unlocked when your website says lock the door and place keys in the key return dropbox.

I rented a car transport to tow my car. It was a Merc Benz SLK and the low bumper scrapped over the wheel block. I was advised that this may cause damage but the problem was backing off the transport would have torn the bumper off. My recommendation is not to rent for low clearance cars. See note on drop off

Fill the tank before renting the truck. Don’t have your customers trying to figure out what 7/8th full is. It’s obviously a tactic to get customers to put more gas in the tank than they use. Shady!

Trainee set up my reservation and gave incorrect tow rental information. Had to wait lengthy time to straighten out. Tow was attached to Uhaul and had to be taken off due to a damaged tire stap. Waited lengthy time again for replacement tow. Arrived at my destination and tow was taken off Uhaul with a damaged and unrestrained tire strap on right side. There could have been a terrible accident in that situation.

No one ever at original location. Had to drop off at this location and they were very helpful and efficient.



What happened to the customer service? The desk staff was cold and inhospitable. Then after my return I get a call about late equipment that I had already returned 24hrs before. All the tech of scanning the vehicie and mobile checkout and I still got the unpleasant call.



I rented a 5x8 trailer and it had several ropes tied to the rails. I had to make the reservation twice because for some reason it didn't get saved the first time. Other than that all went well.



The truck was out of alignment and should not have been on the road . The facility is an excellent place. Just a bad experience with the mechanicals of the truck.

Left bungee cords in trailer, called to let them know, they said they had them, but when I went to go pick-up, they said the no longer had and they "probably" threw them away.. It happens, I was told. These were brand new bungee cords, highly unlikely theyu just "threw them away"....
