I got back right after you closed. your signs told me to go to the website and register in order to return the trailer... I went thru all the steps which is dumb.... I should be able to just put my name and trailer number into a form and be done.. .but NO... you gotta get all technical on my end... and then after all that... it said I had no rentals to return... pretty piss poor tech from a company your size.

I appreciate the managers help she was wonderful. Otherwise I don’t recommend any Uhaul service. So many things went wrong. With billing and my items. My box collapsed and my things were broken. Just a nightmare from beginning to end.

The truck's fuel line was ruptured from the gas tank. After filling the tank up; gasoline began to pour out onto the ground. I drove the truck back to the facility, pouring gas the entire way. The lady that runs the location; drove me to another store to pick up another truck. She was very helpful and professional...but this did cost us an hour and half of our time .

Nothing to improve at this location !! Very clean , Service was well run .. No waiting time in the delivery of the truck back on a one way haul .. Actually this location of the delivery impressed me with their advertisement of climate control which I intend to use for furniture storage of my bedroom suite .. This place was awesome .. The service man came out quickly and took care of us and off home we went ??

The on line check in system is very bad. I tried to follow the instructions three times and got the same resolve. “ my email address was already in use”. I then tried to open another account, same response. I tried to call the number I had been given but after 10 minutes I gave up. Left and returned the trailer the next day.

I had made a reservation on different locations which I also expressed checked in. When I arrived they were closed, upon calling come to find out they didn’t even have a truck. They sent me to another location 49 mins away from my place. We actually went to a different location closer just to see if they had a truck which they did. I waisted 3 hours of my day looking for a truck then they charged me $30 extra for fuel on top of all that hustle. I never expected that from you guys.

I am giving an excellent rating for this location because William delivered excellent service AND I don't think the issues I am about to share with U-Haul are necessarily the store's fault, but a broken axle in the U-Haul system. I originally ordered my truck, 2 furniture dollies, and 1 utility dolly from 543 Cobb Parkway S in Marietta GA. Sharon, the Assistant Manager took very well care of us during our visit and booked all we needed to move. She also purchased additional furniture dollies from U-Haul to have in her store to be delivered in time for our move. However, the day before we were to pick up our truck, we received a notification our pick up location had changed to double the drive and time from our residence. Also, the pickup location could not guarantee we would have furniture dollies we had originally ordered. So, I drove to our original U-Haul location and Sharon was able to provide the dollies for me at no charge. The broken axle I mentioned earlier is this: U-Haul evidently does not keep accurate inventory on their furniture dollies and cannot promise their customers they will have them available. This is a break in the system that will continue to exist if U-Haul does not make a change in the way they do business. This is poor customer service and causes great anxiety for their customers as moving in itself is generally stressful. I hope U-Haul will investigate this issue across their store locations and implement a solution that will deliver their customers better service.

The particular trailer I had was leaking when it rained. It didn't ruin any of my belongings but it did create extra work for us because we had to dry the things out that got wet.
