The location felt a little unprepared for my reservation. I was a few minutes late for my reservation and the trailer I was picking up didn't even seem to be checked in. The process was still fairly smooth but there was a bump in the process, is all. The gentleman who helped me was amazing, though. No discredit to him whatsoever, he did a really good job of figuring everything out quickly, and he had a sick COD shirt. I can't hate.
