Not only could we not get ahold of the owner for the keys. I had to call uhaul and they had to call him. The dolly was left in the uhaul and used before us.
Cameron OOverall the rental went without a "hitch". The only issue I had was finding someone to attend to the rental. It took several minutes and a phone call to get a person on site. I would use again.
