Truck was a little rough condition. Ran great, did the job but just a little rough around the edges

No improvement needed. The employee at the site was VERY helpful. This was my first towing experience and he helped me pick out items I needed, hooked the trailer up while explaining what he was doing, and upon my return was there right away to help unhook. In addition he was very friendly throughout. An A+ employee!

Very cordial, and knowledgeable about the business they’re running. A team environment. Thanks Darnell Brantley

The online pick up didn’t work. I was supposed to pick my truck up at 0145 and didn’t get it until the store opened at 0700. Other than that it was good.

Justin did a great job, he was very helpful when I picked up and returned the trailer. I confirmed the trailer reservation the day before with Leo; he was very pleasant. We had a great experience with this rental and location.

Had scheduled a pickup at 10:30am but there was a computer issue. Was finally able to pickup at 12:45pm and was expected to have the equipment back by 6pm. This caused a major issue with my move and was unable to leave my old house in the agreed time frame costing me a good chunk of money.

Justin was a great help. He made sure the auto transport I rented was in working order.

The only negative was the computers were down which took us over two hours before we could get the equipment. And I was charged for 11 miles that I didn't use

I have rented uhaul trucks from Forrest Park twice now and I have not been disappointed .

No room for improvement. It was my first trailer rental and the staff was patient and taught me what I need to know. Additionally, the videos on U-Haul were helpful too. I would definitely rent from U-Haul again. Very smooth process.

I have used this location in the past-always a good experience, very well managed and everyone is friendly and professional. Thank you!

Nice friendly and busy place. I had to stop in Indiana for chain replacement since they were not initially secured properly but I was pro-active and safety was not compromised during my travels.

The gentleman that I dealt with was very courteous and was able to answer all questions . He did an awesome job.

My experience was good but at the same time surprising due to my total. I rented the same size truck within the last 3 years to aid in a similar move but yet with twice the distance if not more and remember paying half the cost ! I'm not sure if the pricing changed in that time or what happened, but when they told me the total, I was just shocked...but still needed the truck to make the move possible.

Rental prices were ok, but after the mileage prices were overwhelming. But still, y'all saved the day.

Everything is great. Everything is very simple. The staff work hard to make sure you are satisfied.

Sent me out in a truck with no washer fluid! Horrible road conditions the entire way made this trip dangerous not being able to see!

Two things I wasn't familiar with, could've had instruction sheet handy: 1. how to start the car with the key fob. 2. where the gas cap was located, and that there was no gas door release button to find inside the truck.

The truck wasn’t the cleanest but it was freezing cold out and some streets still had snow ice and salt all over

Even though small and somewhat worn, the location was clean and the retailing area well laid out and stocked. All but one of the staff was friendly and accommodating (see below). However, the decades-long situation of poor management and management systems at U-Haul corporate continues. Every transaction on the U-Haul web-site is fraught with contradictions and non-explained site errors, and every visit to a U-Haul location includes employees and/or vendors struggling with the bug-infested U-Haul computer-based management system. Even though I made my reservation at a large U-Haul corporate location just a few blocks from my house, the U-Haul system forced me to drive 40 miles (into another state) to actually pick up my equipment--with only 48 hours advance notice. This is unacceptable, and speaks to major management issues at U-Haul corporate. The only item of concern at this location was that, as a 60 year old severely service-disabled veteran, I required assistance loading and attaching an auto carrier. One of the staff popped up with "company policy says we can't assist" and protested (loudly) that I not be assisted. Thankfully, his colleague ignored him. U-Haul needs to revisit and clarify their "no assistance with auto carriers" policy. If the store had flatly refused to provide assistance, my next calls would have been to my attorney to come document their refusal and then to state and federal ADA enforcement agencies, and posting the situation all over the web--particularly with veterans groups

We specifically asked for a dolly and originally paid for a dolly, only to find out that when we got to our first destination, no one ever put the dolly in the trailer.
