Overall the rental procedure went seamlessly, & conveniently. I missed not having a ramp, but I realize the 10' truck doesn't have that option, so, be advised. In my estimation, it doesn't seem like some sort of adaptation, like a couple wooden stairs that would fasten into the locking mechanism slots would sure help an ole semi-disabled U.S Veteran like myself. It was especially a large step up into the box when I was on an inclined & rain soaked driveway! I realize, I'm probably asking for too much. Otherwise, it all went very well, & it seemed like a very well run "family" business! But for the Grace of God we go!!!
