I didn’t know that the one way drop off had conditions and was in panic mode when I was called the day before the truck was reserved to go to HRM to a storage facility. Luckily, I could still reserve the truck both ways and we off loaded what we needed. The truck ride was rough like the suspension was too weak for the size of the truck. Gas mileage and motor were excellent.

Cheryl SMy issue was with the actual haul call center after renting the 26 foot truck at the location with the very nice staff, the call center called a hour later I could barely understand her and she down graded my truck to a 20 foot after telling her I could not down size. So I went in Friday morning with the disappointment of a 20 foot the lady in the shop said no you can definitely have the 26 foot like you requested and booked. U haul really needs to re look at there Canadian booking system. If a person is able to book a truck for the day and time slot there should be NO back tracking on uhauls end. Like I said the staff at gloosecal service center went above and beyond for me even after the main call center dropped the ball
