I booked my truck rental at a specific location then you all decided to change it I didn't find this out till I had taken an Uber all the way to that location and then had the additional expense of having to know take another Uber to the location where the truck was why would they change the location of my pickup after confirming and then to top it off my pickup was supposed to be 8:00 in the morning and they changed it to a location where nobody opened up until 9:00 forced me to have to use the app when I scheduled it to be in stores clearly they don't respect their customers choices as in location
Damien KOpen earlier like all uhauls. 9am opening not normal & had to call to open up arrived late.
JOSEPH APerson that checked me in wasn’t at the location and took quite awhile to arrive to help us. Then took quite a while to help us unhook. I asked if they had a rest room that my wife could use and he said no but we could go across a busy highway to a business on the other side I told him that it was too busy and my wife suffers from dementia and maybe he could speed up the check in and unhook process so we could get to a restroom somewhere down the road. He said that I was rude (which I wasn’t) and actually refused to converse with me any further. If anyone was rude it was him. He is not a very good representative for U-Haul and was exactly the opposite of the people at the pickup location.
