My gripe isn’t necessarily with the location but with uhaul itself. They auto moved my order to kenvil when I had it in Flanders and made my commute to get the truck 5 minutes to 20 minutes each way. So that is really annoying considering there are definitely 2 locations that are closer for me. Also if inventory is the problem why doesn’t someone drive the damn truck I need to the location closer to me rather than auto changing me and making me front the bill for the miles. Also the mobile check out process completely sucks with the picture prompts because you need to park in the tight area near other cars so none of the side views would be accepted.

The national reservation was horrible! Booked a 29 foot truck and then 24 hours before I went to pickup the truck they changed it to a 20 foot truck. Had to call and spend an hour on the phone and they finally switched it to a 26 foot truck, but had to go to another site 40 miles away to get the car carrier. The rep only gave me 5 extra miles. During the move we had a flat tire on the car carrier and was told that it would be 60 minutes and it took over two hours for the guy to show up to replace the tire. Would never rent from U-Haul for a long move again.
