System failed. Place was fine but waited there an hour for approval. Computers didn’t work and customer service line never got off hold.
Thomas GWe had trouble finding the key so we had to call customer service. That took a LOT longer than I would have expected to get a human on the phone to helps us. Other than that it was all good.
Jeremy Rthere was no drop off box for keys after hours. Also the website said they were open until 3pm, and I got there around 2:45-2:50 and they were closed already.
