Tell them to stay off of his $600 grass when returning the trailer or he'll start charging for that too. 8 hours on the road I was not going to dick around backing a trailer. Not what I wanted to hear.

Jason ADid not interact with location's staff because the store was closed. The was charged addtl money due to the issue with the fuel level at pickup. Had to file a dispute through the 800 number and it's still not resolved.
