Did not interact with location's staff because the store was closed. The was charged addtl money due to the issue with the fuel level at pickup. Had to file a dispute through the 800 number and it's still not resolved.

Mark RI was unhappy that I said I didn’t need a dolly and the truck came with one that was in the way for our move. We never used the dolly but the seal was broke when we moved and we had to pay $7 for something we didn’t ask for, didn’t need and didn’t use.
