Went into office to add a driver was told couldn’t help because it was booked as mobile. I called cut svc they said the rep on site could have helped ! Van was dirty with sand inside And lock box with key was high I’m short couldn’t see combo I called someone to help , lock was hard to open even for them Was a difficult pick up

Steven EIt was all fine until I got my bill and I was charged a hundred dollars extra for a lost key after I had handed the key to the manager there. After in called and reported this mistake he said it would be taken care of by the Honolulu office. I have not heard from the Honolulu office as to any changes to my bill and when I checked with my credit card company this morning the $100.00 dollars was still on my account. I hope this will be taken care of soon or I will have the credit card company stop payment.
