Service was sub-optimal just picking up the vehicle. The left headlight was OUT, the driver-side door was barely able to be closed and there was a bogus $20 cleaning charge added to my credit card hours after returning. The vehicle was completely clean, nothing that wasn't in the vehicle before I picked it up, including any dirt or refuse, was there. Just a bullshit cash grab.

Peter NWe booked uhaul for 10 am and my friend waited 2.5 hours for it Got it at 12:30pm. Due to which everything in my day kept getting delayed. I was able to return the uhaul at 12:11 am like 11 mins after Called customer service and they wrote an email to the store for resolution Whats the point of customer service?
Preet II was not informed by the rental company staff at the time of booking that fuel needed to be recharged when returned, and was charged 20% above the estimated fee. I would have appreciated if the staff told me this in advance of renting the vehicle, as it's typically done with other rental car companies.
Na HBooked a rental for 10 am and arrived, as your mobile app recommends, almost an hour before as on-line checkout takes time. Unfortunately, this location only opens at 10 so lost a bit of time and challenged an elevator booking. Your rep on site was fair in the circumstance and extended time by 3+ hrs….so happy ending. As it turned out, we only needed one additional hour. All good - I’ll be back!
