HADI FThat location representative was extremely rude. The truck had safety issue where ice was frozen on the windshield where it was not visible when I told the location representative.. he said use it or fuck off. His behavior was extremely rude like he didn’t even care about U-Haul customers. He said I don’t care you call U-Haul whatever the problem is don’t tell me anything when I asked for another truck like he said no take this one or get your own car.
